Who is Morbid Tales?
Founded from love of the Celtic Frost and Hellhammer drummer/vocalist Robert Garcia (a.k.a. Drummer from Hell), conceived the tribute Morbid Tales in 2013. Guitarist Jerry Connor and bassist Erica Missey of Hellgrimm joined in 2021 to round out the current Morbid Tales line up.
The 5-song EP "Procreating the Wicked: A Tribute to Celtic Frost featuring Morbid Tales," released in 2022, also features performances by former Celtic Frost band members Ron Marks, Oliver Amberg, and Steve Priestly. The EP also features work from Leon Manssur of Apokalytic Raids. Kill the Harvest Records partnered with Burning V Records to bring this project to life.
